Terms of Use

1. The service

DevInHyderabad (www.devinhyderabad.com) provides free educational tutorials, courses and reference material on web development, offered "as is" by Sai Kiran Nain, an individual operator in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. No warranty of accuracy — educational content only

• All content is provided for learning purposes only and "as is", without any warranty or guarantee of accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Code samples are teaching aids, not production-ready solutions. Always test before using anything from these pages in real projects.
• Frameworks, libraries and cloud services change fast; a chapter may lag behind the latest version of the tool it teaches. Verify against official documentation for critical work.

3. Accounts (optional)

• An account is optional. Its only purpose is saving your course progress; every chapter is readable without logging in.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the email you register and for keeping your login credentials safe. Authentication is delegated to Supabase (see the Privacy Policy).
• I may suspend accounts used for abuse (see §4) or where required by law. You may delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what gets erased.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, bulk-download or mirror course chapters, error guides or other content by automated means;
• Republish or redistribute site content — in full or substantial part — on other websites, apps, YouTube videos, printed material, AI training datasets or course bundles, without my prior written permission;
• Present site content as your own work, or strip attributions/branding from it;
• Attempt to break authentication, overload the service, or access data belonging to other users;
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Short quotations with a visible link back to the original page are welcome and encouraged.

5. Intellectual property

All original text, code examples, illustrations, branding ("DevInHyderabad") and page designs on this site are owned by Sai Kiran Nain and protected by Indian copyright law. Nothing here transfers ownership to you; you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to read and learn from the content for personal, non-commercial use. Third-party trademarks (Angular, Spring Boot, DigitalOcean, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used referentially.

6. Affiliate relationships

Some outbound links on the reviews (/reviews) and comparison (/compare) pages are affiliate links — if you buy through them, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects ratings or verdicts; see the full Affiliate Disclosure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sai Kiran Nain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, lost time or business disruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content. Total liability for any direct claim shall not exceed INR ₹100 (the amount you paid to use this free site). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to §9 below, the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the site or these terms. Grievances are first addressed informally — write to saikiran20172021@gmail.com and it will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month, per the Privacy Policy's grievance procedure.

9. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms as the site evolves. The "last updated" date above always shows the current version; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting registered users will be announced on the site.
